Privacy Policy

We collect information that you provide directly and information collected automatically when you use the Service:

• Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form) when you register with an email and password.
• Profile information: details you add to your seller profile, dealer profile, or customer account, such as your city, phone number, and display name.
• Vehicle listing information: details and photos you submit when selling, trading in, or listing a vehicle for sale or auction.
• Search and preference information: the searches you perform, filters you apply, and vehicles you view, save to favorites, or add to comparisons.
• Booking and inquiry information: the details you submit when booking a vehicle, requesting a test drive, making an offer, or contacting a seller or dealer, including your name, phone, email, and message.
• Payment information: transaction-related details when you purchase packages, services, or make payments, processed through the payment methods available on the Service. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; payment processing is handled by the payment providers you select.
• Communications and user-generated content: messages you send through the Service, offers and counter-offers, reviews and ratings you submit, and auction bids you place.
• Usage and device information: log data such as device type, browser, access times, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use the Service.

• To create and manage your account and authenticate your sign-in.
• To display and operate features such as vehicle search, comparison, recommendations, saved vehicles, and affordability tools.
• To generate AI-based recommendations and valuations based on your inputs and preferences.
• To process bookings, inquiries, offers, and auction bids.
• To facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, and dealers when necessary to fulfill your request (for example, sharing your contact details with a dealer whose vehicle you enquire about).
• To process payments and maintain subscription and package records.
• To display reviews and other user-generated content you submit.
• To maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• To improve and develop the Service using aggregated, de-identified analytics.

You can register and sign in using an email and password. Passwords are never stored in plain text. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Auto360X offers Google Sign-In as an authentication option. When you choose to sign in with Google:

• Auto360X receives the profile information that you authorize Google to share, which may include your name, email address, a Google account identifier, and the profile information you have authorized to be shared.
• Auto360X does not receive your Google password through Google Sign-In. Authentication is handled by Google, and Auto360X only receives the authorized profile data, never your Google credentials.
• We use this information for authentication, account creation, account management, security, and to provide the requested services.

You can revoke Auto360X’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings: visit myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps with account access, select Auto360X, and remove access. Revoking access does not automatically delete the Auto360X account you created using Google Sign-In; see the “Your Rights & Choices” section for account deletion.

We use your search queries, filters, saved vehicles, favorites, and comparison selections to show relevant listings, to power AI recommendations and match scores, and to improve the relevance of content shown to you. This preference data is linked to your account while it exists.

When you book a vehicle, submit an inquiry, make an offer, or contact a seller or dealer, the information you provide (such as your name, phone, email, and message) is shared with the relevant seller or dealer so they can respond to and fulfill your request. Dealers and sellers are responsible for handling your information in line with applicable law.

Reviews, ratings, offer messages, and other content you submit may be visible to other users of the Service. Please do not share sensitive personal information in public fields.

The Service supports paid packages, services, and payments. When you make a payment, the transaction is processed through the payment provider you select. Auto360X retains records of the transaction (such as amount, purpose, status, and provider reference) for account management, billing, and record-keeping. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

The Service uses essential cookies and similar mechanisms to maintain your authenticated session and keep the Service functioning. We also use the platform’s built-in analytics to track aggregated, de-identified usage events (for example, feature usage counts) to improve the Service. We do not use your analytics data to sell personal information to third parties.

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and services including: the Base44 platform that hosts the application and its database; Google for Google Sign-In authentication; and the payment providers you select to process payments. These providers process your information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not share your personal information with any third party for their independent marketing purposes.

We share your information only as described in this policy: with sellers or dealers to fulfill your booking, inquiry, offer, or auction request; with payment providers to process your payments; and with the hosting and infrastructure providers that operate the Service. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

We retain your account information and related records for as long as your account is active and for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Listing, inquiry, offer, booking, and payment records are retained according to the purpose for which they were collected and may be kept after account deletion where required for record-keeping.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including hashed passwords, access controls, and authenticated APIs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Access and update: you can view and update your profile information from your dashboard at any time.
• Account deletion: you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us using the details in the Contact Us section below. Certain records (for example, completed transactions and auction bid history) may be retained where required for legal or operational record-keeping.
• Google access: you can revoke Google Sign-In access from your Google Account settings at any time.
• Communications: you can choose not to provide information, though some features may not be available without it.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Auto360X operates for users in Pakistan. Because hosting and infrastructure providers may process data outside Pakistan, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers in accordance with this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when we do. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
