How prices are sourced
Every price is labelled by source: 'Official/Dealer Price' comes directly from the manufacturer or dealer; 'Estimated Market Price' is our platform estimate; 'AI Estimate' is generated by our models; 'Owner Reported' comes from verified owners. We never mix these without a clear label.
How dealers are verified
Dealers earn a Verified badge only after passing authorization checks. Our Dealer Trust Score combines response time, booking completion, cancellation rate, customer reviews, complaint rate, and delivery performance — all real platform metrics, transparently shown.
How reviews work
Owner reviews are structured across fuel economy, comfort, reliability, performance, safety, and maintenance. Where ownership is verified, we show a 'Verified Owner' badge. We do not accept paid reviews.
How AI recommendations work
Our AI scores vehicles against your stated budget, family size, fuel preference, priorities, and location. Match scores are computed from real vehicle data — never from paid placement. Every recommendation includes reasoning and potential concerns.
How Deal Score works
Deal Score combines value, fuel economy, reliability, safety, resale, maintenance, features, and market price into a 0–100 score. Sponsored listings never alter this score.
How Fair Price works
For used vehicles, we compare the asking price with our estimated market range and show Good Deal, Fair Price, Above Market, or Significantly Above Market — with the reason explained.
How sponsored listings work
Sponsored vehicles are clearly labelled with a 'Sponsored' badge. Sponsorship never influences AI recommendations, Deal Score, safety scores, Fair Price, or comparison results. Trust matters more than short-term ad revenue.
Customer data privacy
Your personal information is never shown publicly. Dealer contact happens through the platform. We do not sell your data. You control your privacy and security settings in your account.
Booking policies
Token payments are refundable on dealer confirmation. Final price and availability are always verified by the dealer. You can cancel a booking before dealer confirmation.
